We feel much can be told about the quality of a company and the of the products they sell is whether they willing to stand behind the products and services that they offer. We guarantee our premium Baltic Birch kitchen storage pull out sliding shelves to be free from manufacture's defects for as long as you live in your home. If our premium Baltic Birch roll-out shelves with the standard slides ever fail during normal use simply return the defective item postage paid and we will replace the item at no charge, please see the return policy page for details and be sure to get a return authorization. If you choose the ball bearing slides option, the slides and their attachment is limited to 5 (five) years warranty. Our economy and Newline kitchen storage shelves are guaranteed under normal use for a period of 2 (two) years from the date of purchase. If an economy or Newline shelf fails within this time return the defective part postage paid and we will replace it at no charge. Other pantry organizers, home organizers and cabinet accessories that we carry but we do not manufacture have specific guarantees from the manufacturer. Contact us and we will provide warranty instructions for these cabinet accessories should they be needed

Why do we offer such a strong guarantee on our pull-outs? Because our roll-out sliding shelves are built that well. We have been building and installing our roll out shelves in Arizona for over nineteen years. If you install our pull-out shelves and kitchen accessories properly they will give you a lifetime of service. When a kitchen organization product is well built it will stand the test of time.
